I’m very excited to share with you today’s post cause today I’m participating on a blog hop, along with the super talented ladies of Mrs Brimbles Design Team!
We thought it would be fun to have an Easter themed happy mail swap and then create a blog hop about it. So here is the pocket letter I created for my partner, Margie.
I used mostly supplies from my March Brimbles Box but also grabbed some scraps I had from the papers that came with my first Brimbles Box back in September. Since I knew my partner is also a part of the design team and receives boxes every month, I tried to check what boxes she picked to avoid including goodies she may already have (I hope I didn’t mess up).
I used some alpha stickers from my stash to personalize the pocket letter. I really love the look of the name spreading across two pockets, it kinda reminds me of project life title cards and it’s eye catching.
I tried to balance the different colors cause I was using papers and elements from various different sources. I managed to sneak in a vintage touch with the little girl and the doily.
As always no pocket letter can be finished without some goodies. I picked some coordinating washi tapes and also created a little post of sticky-note-flowers.
Make sure to check everyone’s posts cause they all created some really pretty happy mail.
