Hello everyone! Today I want to share with you a really fun and adorable pocket letter I created using bits and pieces from the May 2016 stationery Brimbles Box.
If you are not familiar with Brimbles Box, it’s basically a monthly subscription box created by Anna Brim (aka Mrs Brimbles) and it’s filled with gorgeous planner and stationery goodies. There are four different types of boxes and you can find all the details about their differences here.
I used a couple of project life cards from the Dear Lizzy “Fine & Dandy” collection and used the goodies from my box to embellish them.
I covered some white scraps of cardstock with the washi tapes that came in this month’s box to create my own cards and I was so happy with the way they looked. I’m especially in love with the gold confetti one!
I also decided to create a vellum pocket and fill it with some sequins. I used some reds, pinks and whites. The floral pattern of the Dear Lizzy card matches perfectly with the flower stickers by Pebbles that came in the box.
Another fun thing I did with the sticker sheet was to use the butterflies on some vellum to make them float in the pocket. I also added some sprinkles of white mist to give them a more magical look.
The exclusive flair buttons that were in the May box were so cute that I really wanted to hoard them forever. In the end I decided to use one of them on top of a shaker pocket I created with my fuse tool. I used my hot glue gun to attach the flair right on the pocket.
This is probably one of my top favorite pocket letters I ever created. I love all the bright colors and beautiful floral elements. Everything that was included in this month’s box was absolutely gorgeous. If you want to take a look at the contents of the box you can click here to watch my unboxing video.
I really hope you like it. Until next time, happy crafting!
